Why is CS:GO still so popular?
Nakama, the French CS:GO team, has said goodbye to its two players, Edouard “SmithZz” Dubourdeau and Paul “day0s” Niel. This came after the team failed to qualify for the BLAST Paris Major Europe RMR in February, leading to the first lineup changes after just over a month of playing together. SmithZz was originally brought onto the team as a temporary addition to provide experience and leadership before taking over as manager, while Day0s was brought onto the team due to his accomplishments at FACEIT Global Ladder.
Unfortunately, these two players were unable to make the proper impact on the team.
In a statement on Twitter, Day0s expressed his inability to adapt to the team’s gameplay, saying:
